We store and use database lists, campaign reports and campaign content on behalf of our clients. These lists, reports and documents are only used when requested, on behalf of our clients, during campaigns to the client's own database. Our client lists are never sold, rented or accessed for use by any other party other than the client.
We gather visitor Web site IP addresses. IP addresses are used to diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. With this information we are also able to gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are not linked to anything that can personally identify a visitor. Thus, session details are tracked, but the user is anonymous and there is no personal information that we use based on this information.
Our web site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect the following information from visitors if they choose to submit their details: name, email address, website address, postal address, phone number, fax number, type of business and credit information. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. We store personal information in a secure location that is accessible only by designated staff. In addition, we use a secure server to protect the safety and security of transactions over the Internet involving personal information. Under no circumstances does REFP make any personal information about our clients available to anyone outside the company.
Our online surveys sometimes ask visitors for contact information and demographic information. The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings. REFP does not share, sell or rent our customer list information.
We may sometimes use cookies - small text file containing a unique identifier that may be placed on a your computer's hard drive when you visit a website. Cookies are only used to improve our visitor access and ease of use of our website.
